DECLARATION

Protection against Mold, Mildew and Fungus is based on the chemistry proven to inhibit growth of Mold, Mildew, etc. Real world application will vary and depends on factors such as, but not limited to, the application or use, environmental / storage conditions, type of fungus grown, and other unknown factors. The use of the term “Up to” in reference to time is defined as any time duration from zero up to a specified time frame, but in no event beyond the specified time frame. The use of the term “for years” is based on AntiOXY®’s experience with the chemistry of the products but is in no way guaranteed. The use of the term “Up to” in reference to volume is defined as any volume from zero up to a specified volume but in no event beyond the specified volume of protection. It is the customer’s / user’s obligation to evaluate product performance, prevention/protection duration, safety, and suitability for intended use within the scope advised in the data sheet and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on validations and tests conducted by AntiOXY® or its partners and are believed to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed. We warrant our products will be free from defects when shipped to customer. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of product that proves to be physically defective/damaged. To obtain replacement product under this warranty, the customer must notify AntiOXY® or its partners or agent of the claimed defect within 3 months after shipment of product to customer. Customer shall pay all freight charges for replacement products. We shall have no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of or the inability to use the products. And any financial claims shall be limited to the value of the products sold. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No representation or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in a written document signed by an officer of the company. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. In no case shall AntiOXY® be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

AntiOXY® disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of or the inability to use the products, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages. Financial liability shall be limited to the value of the product sold. The user/customer assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of the product, including uses within the scope of that advised in the data sheet. No representation, warranty, or guarantee other than that expressly contained herein is made, given, or other otherwise provided.

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
Client agrees not to reverse engineer or attempt to derive the composition or the underlying information of the Products or to send Products out to third party without written approval from AntiOXY®.

PRECAUTIONS
It is possible that the substances may affect white (Aluminium, Tin, Silver, etc.) and yellow (Copper, Brass, etc.) metals though composition generally provides protection to Copper and Yellow metals in normal or humid conditions. Product is not tested for compatibility against metals.
